Labor Warranty Policy
At Triangle Services LLC, we take pride in the quality of our work and stand behind the services we provide. This Labor Warranty Policy outlines the terms under which we offer protection for the services and repairs performed by our team. Warranty is for labor only, and does not apply to materials or material failure, manufacturers recommended use or customer negligence, normal wear and tear, acts of God, or a change in the Customer’s mind.
1. Coverage
1.1 For New Installations and Full-scope/Comprehensive Replacements, Triangle Services LLC offers a 12-month warranty on labor and workmanship. If any issues related to our work arise within this period, we will promptly return to evaluate and address the matter at no additional cost, in accordance with the conditions outlined in this agreement.
Examples of services covered under this category include: Installing a new front door and frame; Installing a new appliance; replacing flooring in the whole room, rebuilding a deck railing, replacing a full section of fencing
1.2 For General Repairs and Appliance Repairs - Triangle Services LLC provides a 90-day warranty on all labor and workmanship for general repairs and appliance-related services. Should any issues arise related to our completed work within this period, we will return to assess and resolve the problem at no additional cost, subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.
Examples of services covered under this category include: replacing a toilet flapper; installing a new dryer heating element; securing a loose railing; repairing several damaged fence boards
This warranty covers:

Defects in workmanship for repairs or services provided

Improper installation of appliances, fixtures, or other items

Issues resulting from our failure to follow industry standards or manufacturer guidelines.
2. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or modifications made by the property owner or a third party after the service is complete. Normal wear and tear, or issues that arise from aging materials

Any pre-existing issues or unrelated problems not addressed during the service

Appliances, fixtures, or materials supplied by the customer—these are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
3. Warranty Claims

When submitting a warranty claim, please provide the following information:

Our team will review your claim and, if necessary, schedule an appointment to inspect the issue. If the problem falls under our warranty, we will perform the necessary repairs or adjustments free of charge.
4. Manufacturer Warranties
For appliances, fixtures, or materials provided by Triangle Services LLC, the manufacturer's warranty applies. We will assist you in navigating any warranty claims related to those items, but the terms and coverage will be determined by the manufacturer.
5. Limitation of Liability
Triangle Services LLC’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of faulty workmanship. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages arising from defects in workmanship or installation.
If any disputes other than nonpayment by the Customer arise and are not resolved, the Customer agrees to use binding arbitration. The prevailing party agrees to pay all collection fees, legal fees, and court costs resulting from any dispute between the parties.
This warranty supersedes all other previous agreements, and advertisements, written or oral. There are no other warranty’s/guarantee’s expressed or implied and there is no liability for consequential damages of any kind. Any representations made by the technician(s) other than those set forth on this Warranty are hereby disclaimed by Triangle Services
